Project 'Robotics and vertical horizontal integration in metal stamping and machining processes' funded with the European Funds from the Emilia-Romagna Region
Thanks to this project, we have introduced robotics technology into Lamipress and developed the technology of horizontal and vertical integration. Following the purchase of 2 anthropomorphic robots with 2D vision we have:
- automated a press line, already operating in the company, by creating an automated and interconnected manufacturing island
- integrated the new turning machine, also purchased with this project, to create a fully automated turning island interconnected with the company system
